Eagle One™ is a Pennsylvania based debt settlement company that provides services in more than 30 states, so most potential clients are covered. Eagle One™ has a strong reputation and very few complaints, even after serving thousands of clients to date. Eagle One™ has a great customer service department and negotiators who were very knowledagble and took the time to answer all of our questions in detail. In our opinion Eagle One™ is one of the great debt settlement options available on the market but our number one company, Accredited Debt Relief, offers more forms of debt relief and we really like the fact that they can help you out in almost any situation.

State Coverage

Eagle One Debt Settlement provides access to debt relief programs in 30 states.  This is a good coverage of states, but not the most of the companies we have reviewed.

Program Variety

Eagle One Debt Settlement only offers a debt settlement program.  We feel this creates an environment that pushes a prospective client into a program that they might not necessarily want.

Associations

Eagle One Debt Settlement is a member of IAPA (International Association of Professional Debt Arbitrators) and BSI (British Standards Institution).  Both of these are good, however, we feel they should also be members of TASC or AFCC.

Program Costs

Eagle One Debt Settlement also charges 25% of the enrolled debt.  This is a little higher than most companies, however, it is a non-advance fee program, so you don’t pay till they have done something for you.
