Although we uncovered nearly 200 complaints, Freedom has directly resolved more than 100 with consumer acknowledgment. Freedom Debt Relief™ does appear to be results oriented, and could improve in the customer service and initial consultation departments. We were slightly disappointed when it took the company nearly 3 days to respond to our request for information from their website. Despite these slight weaknesses, Freedom's reputation in the industry has been strong, and their management team is flush with impressive credentials. Freedom is also connected with USOBA, TASC, and IAPDA. Freedom is a bit more expensive than our #1 company, but certainly a viable option in the debt settlement field.Benefits:
